Our charge is a bit low right now. We need you to be a part of the team.
POWER LAB 2008 is the place where children will discover Jesus' miraculous power!
June 9 - 13 from 6:00 pm - 8:30 pm here at West Lawn UMC is the place to be.
~ Site leaders are needed to make this happen.
Test Tube Treats -- Can you organize the food and helpers to serve our snacks each day? Bible Blast -- Can you help to tell the story each night to our preschool lab teams?
Cinema Science -- Can you operate a DVD player?
Hyperspeed Games -- Preschoolers love to play. Do you?
Wacky Works Crafts -- Preschoolers love to create something new each day that supports our lesson. Can you help to make that happen? We could use your help in other areas as well. Decorating Team -- Do you have time to help us create this wacky science lab throughout our facilities? Is your time limited? Are you able to help before VBS? Then this is for you.
Clean-up Team -- Are you available Friday June 13 around 8:00 pm to help put the classrooms back together. That's when the Power Lab begins to disappear. Can you help us?
Funologists -- A new word for our Crew Leaders this year. You will lead the children through the week of activities assisting them with their needs and joining in the fun. Training will be required in advanced for ALL crew leaders this year. Look for more info on the training date. Registration -- Your help is needed to pre-register the children during Sunday Fellowship two weeks prior to VBS. Help is also needed at our registration table during VBS.
Security Team -- Are you a trouble shooter? Can you help us ensure the safety of the children at VBS? Then this is the job for you.
Elementary Coordinator -- Do you like to support the team members and make sure things are running smoothly? Then this is a great job for you!
