For 128 years, Hope Rescue Mission has been a place of refuge for men experiencing homelessness in Berks County. They provide meals, shelter, and support services for those in need in our community 365 days a year. In addition to supporting HRM financially, our church provides a hot meal for them on the 4th Sunday of each month.
You’re invited to play an integral role in serving those in need by joining our HRM team on a month-to-month basis. There is no long-term commitment, only to serve the Sunday in which you sign up for and then, if you feel called to do so, sign up again for another month. Six to eight people are needed to prepare, deliver, and serve this meal from 4:00 to 7:00 PM. If you’re interested in joining this team, please complete the form below.
